Agenda

Week 1: Develop Awareness of Life Transition
Through visualization, mindfulness practices, journaling, quizzes, and activities, you'll gain a deeper understanding of whatever life transition you're experiencing and identify ways you can navigate that transition more smoothly.
Week 2: Cultivate an Optimistic and Growth Mindset
How can we cultivate our mindset so we embrace challenges as opportunities, persist in the face of setbacks, and view failure as a springboard for growth and development? We'll delve deeper in the tools that can aid us: journaling, vision boards, meditation, mindfulness, and look at course, workshops, books, podcasts, affirmations, support networks, and coaching.

Week 5: Renew Purpose with Values
We’ll reconnect values to beliefs that shape our decision and influence our behaviors, to gain clarity on what truly matters and how you want to contribute to the world. You’ll examine your past and explore new possibilities, then craft a purpose that resonates with your authentic self so you empowered to make a meaningful impact in your community and beyond.
Week 6: Envision & Plan an Exciting Future
With the foundation set in values and purpose, you’ll imagine a future where your deepest desires and goals are within reach. You’ll create a vivid vision of what is possible.


Week 3: Let Go of the Past
We'll bring in forgiveness, self-compassion, and intentional focus on creating a positive and fulfilling future, release grudges, regrets and emotional burdens. And we'll open to new opportunities and growth.
Week 4: Clarify Personal Values & Purpose
Values are the personal blueprint of what is important and meaningful to us. They influence priorities and shape goals, help us life a life that aligns with our true self. We’ll clarify personal values and purpose, set the compass of your life and ground your identity. Through assessments, journaling, reflection, and individual activities, you’ll identify your values and create a purpose statement.

Week 7: Build a Supportive Community Network
A supportive community involves creating and nurturing relationships that provide mutual encouragement, resources, and connections. Well look at supportive relationships, identify strategies for increasing positive relationships, and create a plan for building opportunities.
Week 8: Implementation Strategies
We’ll look at actionable strategies to implement what you’ve learned. Integrating new habits, action planning, seeking feedback, engaging in reflection, and embracing the ability to pivot. You’ll learn how to keep moving in the direction of your dreams and creating an intentional life and create an action plan to follow.
Week 9: Next Steps
What will be your next steps, what action will you take today?
