What is Grief Recovery?

Grief Recovery dispels the myths that surround the natural, normal process of recovering from a loss.  The Grief Recovery Method ® gives you the tools and the support to move through the healing process and recover from grief; however large or small; whether recent or in childhood; from death, divorce, job change, move, abuse, neglect or any of the 40 identified types of loss. You can meet  one-on-one with me or in a facilitated group and always conveniently on-line. With the tools you learn through The Grief Recovery Method®, you will get back your life and your laugh.

As a life transition coach, I guide you through the significant change in your life. This might be a career shift, personal development, relationship adjustments, or any other major life event. I work with you to navigate your specific life transition, to set goals based on your values, to create actionable plans to achieve your desired outcomes, and provide support and strategies to make the process smoother, more empowering and uniquely your own.

What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is a collaborative process that helps you identify and achieve personal or professional goals. It involves guidance, support, and accountability so you can make positive changes, overcome obstacles, and maximize your potential.  

Life transition coaching supports you in navigating significant life changes. The focus is on understanding your specific transition, managing challenges, developing strategies for your life, setting goals, successfully adjusting to new circumstances and embracing long-term growth with confidence and clarity.
