Workshop 5: Create Connections and Community

Set goals for your relationships and community involvement.

Workshop 6: Close

Bring the series to an end with a ritual.

Begin Again is a series of 6 short workshops that you can use any time you want to restart after a transition in your life.

These are not full workshops, that go in-depth, but micro-workshops that will only take about an hour (ish) each.

You might take longer-- the more you put into it, the more you get out of it.

They all come with resources: meditation, worksheets, exercises, activities.
