Identify significant moments in your life, understand the emotional & mental aspects, the importance of what's happening to your identity, and how to locate the phase you're now in and what's next. You'll learn and use new skills, strategies, tools and techniques specific to navigating life transitions.
Week 2: Identity and Routine
Understand the interplay between identity and routine, the importance of staying grounded through routine during a life transition, the changes you experience in your identity, and learn and use tools for creating an identity supportive routine in your own life.

Week 5: Practical Skills for Managing Change
Learn how to manage change using adaptability, problem-solving, time management, priority setting, communication skills, emotional management and self-care.
Week 6: Create a Vision for the Future
Understand the importance of visioning during a life transition and create a vision using vision boards, journaling, and mind mapping. Start looking at goal setting as a way to vision cast.

Week 3: Self-awareness & Emotional Intelligence
Understand the importance of self-awareness and emotional intelligence during a life transition, how to cultivate self-awareness, how to develop emotional intelligence, and the connection between identity, routine, self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
Week 4: Building Resilience & Confidence
Explore the importance of building resilience and confidence during a life transition, the connection between resilience and confidence, and tools to build resilience and confidence.

Week 7: Personal Action Plans
Understand the importance of action plans during a life transition and develop an action plan. Set your intentions and create goals, then identify and design an action plan for creating a support system, networking, and celebrating milestones.
Week 8: Maintaining Well-being
Understand the importance of maintaining well-being during a life transition, then assess personal physical and mental health and well-being and create wellness routines and implement self-care tips.

Week 9: Long-term Transition Strategies
Identify long-term transition strategies for the skills you've learned and for maintaining momentum post-transition.
