You'll learn and use new skills, strategies, tools and techniques specific to navigating life transitions.

Understand the interplay between identity and routine, the importance of staying grounded through routine during a life transition, the changes you experience in your identity, and learn and use tools for creating an identity supportive routine in your own life.

Learn how to manage change using adaptability, problem-solving, time management, priority setting, communication skills, emotional management and self-care.




Week 6: Create a Vision for the Future

Understand the importance of visioning during a life transition and create a vision using vision boards, journaling, and mind mapping. Start looking at goal setting as a way to vision cast.

Understand the importance of self-awareness and emotional intelligence during a life transition, how to cultivate self-awareness, how to develop emotional intelligence, and the connection between identity, routine, self-awareness and emotional intelligence.

Explore the importance of building resilience and confidence during a life 
transition, the connection between resilience and confidence, and tools to build resilience and confidence.
