Helping women decide what deserves their time, energy, money, and care when life hasn't gone according to plan.
Retreats
Some things need more than an hour. They need space.
Not every question needs an immediate answer. Some deserve time away from the ordinary demands of life—time to contemplate, to listen, to reconsider, or simply to be present.
The Brighter Mind retreats are guided contemplative experiences organized around questions of meaning, faith, responsibility, and how we live.
Each retreat offers a rhythm of gathering, individual contemplation, and rest. You participate from your own space, with time between gatherings to attend to what the experience brings forward.
There is no curriculum to master, no performance expected, and no requirement to arrive at a particular conclusion.
This is time set apart to attend to what deserves your attention.
Your may recognize this...
-
Something changed financially, and you're still trying to get your footing.
-
You avoid looking too closely at your money because you're not sure what you'll find—or what you'll do about it.
-
You know roughly where things stand, but you'd feel better if you knew for sure.
-
You have a financial decision to make and keep second-guessing yourself.
-
You know what you're “supposed” to do with money, but that doesn't necessarily make the decision easier.
-
You'd like money to take up less mental space than it does now.
Set Aside Some Time

What to Expect
Each retreat follows a gentle rhythm of gathering, contemplation, and time on your own.
We begin together with an introduction to the retreat's theme and a story that gives us something to consider.
Between gatherings, you'll have time for your own contemplation. You might choose to write, walk, sit quietly, or simply carry a question with you through the day.
We gather again at designated times to continue the experience. There is room for conversation, but no expectation that you share anything personal.
You participate from your own space. There is no travel, no special preparation, and no need to arrange your time around a full day of online sessions.
The retreat provides the structure. You decide how to use the space within it.
Explore the Retreats
Each Brighter Mind retreat offers time to consider a particular theme through story, contemplation, and quiet attention.
Some themes invite you to examine how you are living. Others offer space to consider what you believe, what you carry, or what may be changing.
You don't need to attend them in sequence. Each retreat is a complete experience in itself.
Choose the one that speaks to what deserves your attention now.
