Cancellation Policy

Reservation Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed with a valid email address and contact number. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. Payment: The Get to Know You Sessions are free of charge. Cancellation Policy Cancellation by Client: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the first coaching session date will earn you points in my highly regarded book. To cancel send your request to luann@luannccollins.com. Once The Brighter Mind has scheduled sessions with the Client, they are considered set appointments. However, if necessary, the Client may request to reschedule a session, if they give at least 24 hours advance notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of individual sessions in the Get to Know You Sessions can be rescheduled, and will be a cause for concern. If you are experiencing grief or financial loss, get the support that will help you recover faster. Last-minute rescheduling frequently indicates a larger problem at play. Any missed session or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be cause for a frown. If unexpected circumstances prevent the Client from attending their scheduled session, then the Client may receive an email asking if she's doing o.k. and if there's anything I can do to help. Cancellation by The Brighter Mind, llc: In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking, a full throated apology will be provided. We will also offer to reschedule the booking at a mutually convenient time. Changes: Any changes to the booking must be made 3 days in advance, if at all possible. Changes are subject to availability. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend the booked session without prior notice will result in a great deal of concern on my part. We reserve the right to modify or terminate services and the Client-Company relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, dangerous or criminal behavior on the part of the Client, inappropriate or offensive behavior from the Client, irresponsible of disrespectful behavior from the Client. The Brighter Mind will notify the Client with the reason for termination or modification and notice that it is effective immediately on the day that we contact the Client about modification or termination.
